SirHoover2010 Says:
You can stack most things together, as long as you arent taking too much of one thing...I said most as in you dont want to take 3 pre workouts but to take one pre workout and whey, its completely fine...and there is no way for someone to tell you the best whey schedule...that all depends on your goals and you body make up

Creatine is essentially a transporter, it brings oxygen and atp into your muscles, this is great for increased weightlifting stamina and decreased recovery time; however as it uses "O2" and energy (ATP/ADP) quicker it will also dehydrate you and burn more energy. So it is not advised to use for running sports, ie: football. Whey is a very basic yet efficient protein that is easily broken down. I would save the whey for a few mins after you finish working our, give you time to cool off.
BeastlyyPenguin Says:
How many times a day should i take whey protein, also could i take creatine the same days i take whey ,?

Azkulon Says:

chadsexinton Says:

Thanks for your video. Very good advice!

creatine screwed my stomach up big time and i was taking really small dosages. I think the healthiest form of lifting involves moderate weight and a natural diet. too heavy of weight too often can be hard on joints and tendons. If your not worried about gettin huge fast just take it slow and be truly healthy about it. moderate weight, plenty of rest, and natural foods.
Hardyspapa Says:
Thanks for the info. I definitely agree with everything that you commented on... especially the multivitamin and fish oil. Whey and creatine is a given, but the vitamins and oil have dramatically improved my overall focus and well being in and out of the gym.
belosic9891 Says:
good info, thanks !
quicksilverswife Says:
I take maximuscle cyclone which has a bit of everything in it and it tastes great. I will try adding the fish oil you were on about too. The only complaint i have is the price of maximuscle
jbeef000 Says:
ok thanks
JeffTheCop Says:
well ya it is...what creatine does (i take cell-tech which you can get at any GNC store or the vitamin shop) anyways what it does is it dehydrates your body so you constly have to drink water which goes to your muscles and heels them. so its not like steroids that just heal your muscles faster it makes you drink more water to which your muscles heal faster if you get what im saying
JeffTheCop Says:
you should take whey protein 1-3 times aday especially when you wake up in the morning and after working out. you should take it in the morning because your body went 8-10 hours or so without food while you were sleeping and your body will literally start eating itself. so take whey protein in the mourning because it gets to your muscles in about a half hour were eggs and roast take about 2 and a half hours and also after you lift.
jbeef000 Says:
Hey does anybody know how often someone who lifts weights should be taking whey protein and also can it make you fat if you have it alot? thanks
coldzero1214 Says:
Perfectly acceptable to take more than one supplement at the same time. This is a supplement stack. However, with certain supplements like creatine you want to be sure to take it with fast absorbing carbs like dextrose after your workout.
kyledmx Says:
could u take creatine and whey the same day or is it not good to take two things at the same time
Metallica91893 Says:
creatine is not to make you stronger dumbass.
