@catastrophe250 ....its the music played by Windows XP when you either, first set up the computer, or when you use the recovery feature. I also like it, even though I'm currently using Windows 7.
Properfitness Says:
@KoolitPnoi Wow you should do some research.Foods like brown rice and whole wheat are great sources of complex carbs. Carbohydrates are your body's primary source of energy, you don't carbs you will NOT grow The carbs that you suggest make you fat are simple carbs (white rice, white bread etc.). The difference between the two is that complex carbs digest slower than simple ones, giving you a slow constant release of energy and pretty much keeps you full longer. NOT USING THAT ENERGY= FATASS ;p
KoolitPnoi Says:
your facts are wrong, instead of saying "good sources of carbs" you should've have place "foods low on sugar" because oats and brown rice are low in sugar thus giving minimal amounts of carbs. Whole wheat bread is also low on sugar, meaning they are low in carbohydrates, carbohydrates make you fat.

@thunderheart226 ...body is still in this highly efficient anabolic state. now you tell me if you eat a whole chicken breast immediately after working out do you really think your body will digest it completely before becoming catabolic again? no. whole food protein (even from vegetables) is excellent throughout the course of the day, but immediately after a workout you arent going to see the benefits you would from drinking a protein shake. i didn't want to have to school you, but u asked 4 it.
zume2600 Says:
@thunderheart226 okay, here we go. Immediately following an intense workout your body only has a small window in which it is at it's maximum anabolic state before returning to it's normal catabolic one. The reason myself, bodybuilders, athletes, and anyone who knows shit about nutrition use whey is because it is a very fast digesting protein which can be consumed quickly and efficiently and a full recovery can be realized while ingesting this plus a high glycemic carb (e.g. fruit) while your...
