hi, yes very much so, at the moment im doing 50 reps on each side 5 sets with a 6kg dumbbell, im doing that twice a week with my sit ups, try to keep it light doing 50 reps, you will feel it the next couple of days after so for the 1st week do 30 reps each side then the next 40 then the next 50 & the pain wont be bad after your muscle gets used to it..hope this helps and thanks...

If I did 2 different routines on monday & tuesday, then took a break wednesday and did them again on thurs and friday would this be alright or should I try and focus on different muscles on thursday and friday?
