poor on the gay low reps
AtheistPatriot1 Says:
This is exactly the strategy I use. You gotta increase the weight to stimulate growth, otherwise you'll plataeu out and won't improve.
kenthemason Says:
all rep range is good use the pyramid technic 12 -4 reps

that's correct. It's not always the 6-8 range, but that's good none of the less.
layyah0905 Says:
The MAX OT protocol is 4-6 reps, however there are certain exercises that can go for higher rep ranges ie calves, forearms, abs. Also Jeff Willet used to do pullups for 50 reps in the fewest possible sets in numerous workouts.Paul Delia has also recommended squats in 4-6 range as most effective but has also said that higher rep squats work due to the effectiveness of the exercise.Delia in a very early article also spoke about doing half reps for db side laterals after the regular set.
User93117 Says:
I would like to try this workoutplan, but there is one thing im not sure about. When i do back on monday ive got a whole week of regeneration. Isnt that a little to much? most of the time when i do back iam able to do it again after 3 days or something

Power Rack ? You (Or They) Should Be Good
skoolboi317 Says:
what sucks tho is some people cant afford or have access to a spotter or someone to help w/ the exercise
Claymore2408 Says:
@jerinekuttikattil try doing 75lbs next week with spot, always increase weight to shock body.
AdR1aN43 Says:
hey could u tell me does it really give size to ur arms cuz arms usually respond to higher reps
ElvisFerbeyre Says:
yeah, and that's what happens with natural bodybuilders.
ElvisFerbeyre Says:
under 6 reps is for building strength, usually 8-10 reps is the range to build muscle, however, sometimes I've tried putting a weight in the bench press where I can do like 2 reps max and my chest just blow up, sometimes low reps work too, but better in compound exercises like bench press, dead lift, squats and military presses. It's all about combining powerlifitng with bodybuilding. Isolation exercises are performed with higher reps, like 8-12.
elvisflorian Says:
I wish I could beat every steroid user at their own game
ROB6ZOMBIE666 Says:
He is DEFINATELY natural. ooooooooooh owned. I said it! Thats right. I said he is DEFINATELY natural.
telomerase1978 Says:
Too many mofos chacing the burn man and not pusing any real weight. I see the same teenage dudes with wife beaters and boney arms fuckin around with the same machines and cables trying to get build and just end up jerking off.
kiwarrior888 Says:
strength and muscle size are not strictly proportional. one can bench 250 lbs with a tiny body, and there could be a bodybuilder with a much bigger physique, who actually can't bench 250. that's just the way it is. what you can do is ask yourself: how much can you bench, squat, curl, etc.if you can squat 200, try 210 or 220 and work with that. always go over your limits. then, if you can squat 250,you surely get bigger with a 4-6 rep range.weight doesn't count, increasing it does
yuvrajdiwan123 Says:
yea but im not very worried about strength because my muscles are much stronger then they look so i wanna build more muscle not strength
kiwarrior888 Says:
8-12 is the classic muscle building method, but it's not as good in improving strength as lower reps. and if you want to adopt to bigger weights (grow), you need to have more strength. this seems to be contradicting, but it's not. 4-6 reps let you build strength fast in a muscle building manner, so you up the weight fast, and you still train into it and grow. so big weights+couple of reps do the trick. and you should always increase the weight every time you train to keep growing
yuvrajdiwan123 Says:
i've always heard that if you stay under 6 reps u build mostly strength and that if you stay at a 8-12 rep range you build muscle? can someone please clarify this for me?
hamiltonanthonylee Says:
don't get me wrong; jeff has an amazing body! but his neck is wayy out of proportion.
fuckedupswede Says:
I trained Max OT last winter for a total of 3 complete months. This is pure facts, if you overload your muscels you will send a signal that says '' hey! this is really heavy, I need to grow in order to be able to handle this weight'' so yes, MAX OT is extremly good, I went from doing reps at 90 kg's in the benchpress up to 135kgs in 3 months, In the end, the size XL was to small for me, I could not wear XL stuff, and that was just pure awsomeness :) So yeah, go for it, commit and enjoy!
vbknez Says:
personally i think it's tu much (the volume of the workout and the frequency). If someone trains intens enough he/she will not won't to train after a few exercises
unknownaznx Says:
so i just started this but do u think it really works? bcz i tried my first workout today and it seems so short and unsastifying lol
