The big thing I have learned is staying away from processed food. When the bodies cells are full of toxins they cant allow as much nutrients and minerals to enter because that would release the toxins in the body.

I would personally recomend just doing moderate intensity cardio for ten minutes pre and post work out (Source Vince Del Monte's 10 pounds of Muscle in 1 month plan) I tried this and it just helos you get your muscles pumped. further more you need to give you other body parts attention as well as your legs. Finally I wouldn't recomend lifting very heavy. it's not about how much you lift its about how you lift it. lower the weight slowly then power it back up aagain quickly.

Just subscribed.. Vin, My son says not to RUN or JOG when training for MASS... he used to do track so RACE PACE is extreme 3- 5 miles for time.. 5 miles + for cardio.. Than I go to the gym and train legs, HEAVY (as I can).. still skinny.. too much training ? only lift weights for MASS ? But then what of my cardio ? THNX !!
