i have a good routine bad diet and im still getting decent results. i would much rather prefer to eat healthy, but im on a tight budget. im talking buying 45 cent boxes of mac n cheese and 99 cent loafs of bread. but i try to eat a lot of eggs and tuna as well. so in my opinion; good routine bad diet.

so if i dont care that much about putting on fat, i can just supplement my diet with mcdonalds ect because its damn hard to get 4000 calories and 200g of protien as a student and ive just been thinking that stuff doesnt help build muscle at all. im 6ft 170lb 13%bf
