The video and exercises is cool in building muscle but that alone won't help you build muscle you also must have an effiecient diet complemented with it. It would help you loose fats and achieve the lean muscular look. I do know a link of a site that gives workoutplans and diet that you can use. I thought it may help some of you guys.
