yo elliot,i would like to know what kind of role does an individuals genetic makeup aswell as climate/ environment have on an athletes performance. the diffenrent body types from their genetics and does certain exercises or training favour people of certain ethnic backgrounds. eg Black people can run faster and jump high but cant swim at professional level. stuff like that.would love to hear from you thanks.
