awesome vid awesome channel but first of your almost 60 dam u look better then me n am 22 i thought u was late 30s or early 40s dam training keeps u young i guess,got little question for you if you wouldn't mind replying to me be awesome first of how fast do you think myself or anyone can gain muscle for example my bicep size has just reached the 15 inch mark(not great for most people but am happy started at 11inch arms)so is getting to 16inch arm in half a year realistic
