ive red some good info all you say is true and alsoo heard that the optimum protein intake is within the range of 70-120 grams a day 70grams for women and low weight guys and 120grams for the most big and muscular guys so if you weight 180 pounds and are big and muscular dont worry just hit the 120 top grams of protein a day!...hope is useful ive got this info from eat stop eat if you wish to check out, very good information about how much protein a day scientifically proven.

Well it depends, i get around 70 grams of protein a per shake serving (with milk). and the rest i get from eating rice tuna, you know your average meat source and nuts. and if you want you can take 2 shakes that makes you get more than 200grams of protein a day more than at least i need. If you wondering what protein shake i use it's BSN True mass, it's a bit expensive but works wonders on me! goodluck.
