lol.. "i like to use 5 to 8 because i don't like getting too big" you have no fucking clue... a women will only get big if they specifically train to get big... it has nothing to do with the amount of weight used. it's very hard for a women to get "big N bulky" also your pushups are terrible.

Remember people, picking up weights that are heavier than 15 pounds will make you a body builder in no time. Avoid this at all costs. Make sure you keep the weight low and reps high for optimal all-over spot toning of the body! Also don't count your calories.

how long should we do this?? I can just forget that pushup thing, but that other stuff is no problem. I am too lazy to try pushup becaue my arm muscles are too weak. but a little firmer and tones arms would not hurt even if I prefer better looking abs. but flabby underarms is not nice

Question, when i do my bicep curls my palms are facing the front instead of being slightly turned to the side like yours. I pull the weight towards my chest and yours seem to be pulling more towards ur shoulders. Does it matter?

i rly enjoyed her in this video. she's certainly not the bland, monotonous, robot-type instructor who are ever-present in these things. but, with that being said, alot of ppl overlook the lean-muscle definition ratio. basically, the leaner you are, the more muscle definition you have. i wouldn't be scared of getting buff, ladies.
