Man, I can lift as much as this guy in the gym, but when it comes to the bar, I am like a newbie :( I should start bodyweight training. Any advice how to proceed ( I have strength, but no ballance and stuff, and also no experience on the bar except for wide grip pull ups and leg raises).

@italiankid20 His left arm is considerably weaker than his right, or he needs to make sure he is centered on the bench. The only other reason he'd be crooked on the bench would be from either shoulder injury or muscle imbalances. (In terms of strength and/or size) Being on Ellen's show, who is absent of strength training/fitness, FOR A NINJA competition, speaks nothing to Arash's intelligence of the area. Calisthenics and weight training are not one in the same. But, YES Arash has great shape.

you can weightlift with higher reps and lower weight to get lean, strong muscles. if you want to bulk do lower reps and heavier weight

Im glad you appreciate it, yet the diet's probably the thing if you think that its Perfect. How is your diet perfect? How could I Tell you your doing something wrong when i don't know what your doing, and who said you were doing something wrong in the first place?
