I would recommend doing 5 sets for chest, 5 sets of shoulders and then finishing off with 2 sets to tricep pushdowns. You work your triceps when you're working on your pushing movements anyway. It's the same thing for back and biceps. You work you uppper back, lats and lower back for the most part of your workout, and then finish off with two sets of bicep curls.

I got finals in college coming up and I won't be able to hit the gym for atleast 2 weeks starting today. right now i'm sore in my triceps and chest, I also feel kind of sick. you think I overtrained or will that 2 weeks off be good for recovery?
