i can do whole body claping press ups most i have ever done is 20 , would u say do 3 sets of 10 or 10 sets of say 3-4 ? to build more explosive power ?

hey dude, these kind of workouts are exceptional. i went from a 125 kg tighthead prop to a 100 kg openside flanker (cover centres and wing too ;) ) in a year and a bit just incorporating these exercises. happy exercising.
