errr... I've always been taught chicken, lean beef and tuna are the BEST sources of protein in meat, highest content and most readily absorbed into the body (high BV). From what I can remember pork is pretty shit. very poor meat to be getting protein from. could be wrong tho i guess? pretty sure i'm right tho
