You need to lift heavy weights to gain muscle mass. If you're just lifting light weights, it will just tone your muscles. And eating foods that are high in protein like eggs or nuts will really help.

no don't do once a day, rotate every other day, or with 2 day's in between. You need to give your muscles time to rebuild themselves.

It doesn't matter how much weight you use. You handle the weight that you can use. If you want to go for more reps, use light weight. If you want low reps, use more weight. I prefer high reps because it burn more fat and it keeps you from looking like those dumb asses who lift a bunch of weight and have no cardio.They look like a bunch of weeble- wobbles. They have ballooned bodies and small brains.
