Body types don't exist. Someone with a faster metabolism will lose fat quicker. But it takes a lot of food for someone with a fast metabolism to gain muscle. I eat 10000+ cals on a bulk but I stay lean, like 10-12% BF.

focus on heavy back and chest workouts which are more important anyway and your arms with get bigger. not sayin don't lift arms but heavy back, chest, and legs will get you there quicker.
