@bullahair sign up to myfitnesspal. you want to eat lean all the time. the whole "bulking" up idea is garbage. just increase your caloric intake of good foods in good ratios and you will gain good weight. also lift big and SQUAT ass to the grass.

@bullahair Put chees in all your meals, if you order pizza then get a veggie with beef added. Chees in every meal to me has been a stable weight gainer without any side affects like feeling lazy or tierd. Also you should lower the amount of meals you eat in a day, go for 2-3 large meals with your last meal kinda late around 10 at night. NO cardio

a couple of corrections: any grain is bad, it's empty calories with no nutritional value [ bread / rice ] it just adds calories to your body; staying away from red meat is idiotic, given the science and research that has gone into showing the macronutrient content of red meat over the comparatively nutritionless bird meat; staying away from red meat due to fat content is idiotic when you turn around and say eat avocados for essential fatty acids, red meat wins. stop listening to propaganda.
