AndyHarglesis Says:
No, your height stops at about 16-19, but your body mass and skeletal system keeps growing until about the early twenties. This applies to both genders. And weight training is safe at any age, before and after puberty's onset, etc. The "growth stunting" is major BS.
AndyHarglesis Says:
You are the freak. :P

reality freak
Darmon Mihail Says:
You grow until 21 years old. Weight lifting with proper form and nutrition will not stun any kind of growth. Improper nutrition and form leads to problems such as : injuries [common joints or spine] , disease and psychological illnesses [anorexsia, orthorexia and bulimia]. Bodybuilding as a lifestyle can help with different problems such as : depression, lack of self esteem, eating disorders, physical problems [ in my case scoliosis- chronic back pain]..Look online for books instead of videos.

Holla:) Have you heard about the Explosive Muscle Method (do search on google)? My sister says it gets people ripped fast(:
123iets321 Says:
you're last hope of growing is when you are 16-17, i stopped growing on my 15 and i'm 1.85 cm (english length?), so i think its done when you're 18 sry

He clearly made this video for people that want to start doing excersice . They would be beginners . He's helping those people .
TheYouwontgetit Says:
...so this guy is a beginner...? ...because he said that he also uses 25s... ...eventhough he looks a big bigger than a beginner...
98ricky Says:
FOR BEGINNERS .? Get it .?
TheYouwontgetit Says:
....25 pounds...? ...hahaha - i love bodybuilders... ...i use 80-100 depending on rep range... ...common - lifting light weights is no fun... ...if you know how to lift correctly - lifting heavy is fun...
ruin3r Says:
lol @ noobs thinking you have to lift your 1 rep max to make gains.. it would probably blow your mind how low a weight some pros train with just to maintain their muscle, theres no reason to max out doing a strength routine if you're jsut trying to gain mass
thesuperbeast46 Says:
LOVE THE HAIRSTYLE MAN!!
SuperiorNizzle Says:
Theres no way that guy uses 25lb dumbbells, looks like he could do at least 100 reps with those.
TheBlackStar999 Says:
You can sit in a chair, and make sure your back isn't bent when you do it. Check out the ScottHermanFitness video on the side there; he shows it!
TheDocGoblin Says:
Do more reps
iBj0rN Says:
Most likely the latter :P
InDaGhetto11 Says:
is it possible to do on incline? bcuz my bench can't go all the way up
Davotheledge Says:
The seat I do these on is just a normal chair (without higher back/shoulder support). Is this an important factor?
HabitualEvolution Says:
He's right about keeping that shit straight in the air. Don't even bother doing these if you can't. I hurt my shoulder a bit deviating on straightness. Had no idea how I could have gotten the injury until I saw this vid. Btw I would think this guy could easily do 50+ pounds on each hand? I'm not even close to as strong as him, and I can do reps with 25 pound weights effectively? Is that seriously his routine weight for this exercise, or is he making us all feel better about ourselves? Haha...
BazanIsDead Says:
Don't be a curl monkey and do more muscles
