depending on intensity bro.. if you train at your absolute maximum.. one hour is pretty taxing on your body. if you train ay 80% i understand that you train for 2 hours.. but max effort equals max gains. remember: bodybuilding and athletics aint the same thing as muscle mass has nothing to do with muscle endurance.
