The stone ball..dosnt hurt the spine? I dont think that the guy is lifting it with the hands..he just hold it so it wont fall..but most of the pressure goes to the back spine..and will cause eternal injure during the years..?

Elliott I dont have access to any Strength conditioning equipment.. prowler etc.. what can you recommend conditioning wise/cardio etc to compliment strength training. Im looking to lean up somewhat also but maintain strength.. diets on par, but i dont wanna do constant cardio on the treadmill.. I like complexes? would that do?

I like this kind of exercise; natural movements, etc. I think bodybuilding is more for meticulous people with love/admiration of the Human body, and pussies who just live up to other people's physical expectations, brah. I like training for brute strength, all heavy compound movements, all natural. IMO: Strength > aesthetics. To each his own, lift happy!
