The first two exercises I agree with you on for a workout, but the third I disagree with. It does hit the bicep a little bit, but it also hits and tears other muscles, which if you were working out the day before can effect your recovery time. If you really want to hit the bicep on the last exercise do Isolation Dumbell Curls.

You're right that EZ curls work the inside, if you have normal width grip, but when I said close grip I meant with the hands really close together, which works the outer head of the biceps. Check out the biceps section in Arnold Schwarzenegger's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding! It's the width of your grip that determines the part of the bicep it hits. If it hurts your wrists to go heavy on straight bar, stop doing these! Try using the rope attachment on the cable machine, and do bicep curls here

Close-grip EZ bar curls work the outer biceps best. An wide grip curls work the inner bicep more. Also close-grip straight bar curls, but these can put strain on your wrists if you go heavy.
