personally i like to wake up and feed my fish eggs, afterwards feed my chicken the fish, and go for a nice hot swim in a hot tub of why protein, after im done ill eat the chicken and head to the gym :)

@alex2311 Yea, it will take your body sometime to get used to your new diet. You'll be all good in a couple of weeks:) Just don't forget to havve high carbs (If you're bodybuilding). Just as important as protein.
