This is my invention for lifting heavy weights with your legs. I figured out that you need to be able to pick up & put down weights with your feet like you can with your hands and so I invented these shoes. I tried to move quickly here and show how easy it is to change weights but please know you can really give yourself a tough workout with these. You can see the text of the US Patent Application #12/583,854, publication #US-2010-0050477-A1 at uspto.gov/etc.etc. and you can see images of it including drawings by clicking the images button there if you have a tiff viewer* in your browser. The title of the invention is Weight Lifting Shoes.
