yo please respond, but for all your muscle building videos i noticed that you allways use the wrist straps for everything and thats not good because your hand strength will not be equal with the rest of your bodies strength so just use them when ever you REALLY need it, like for me i dont need it for anything but barbell shrugs but thats it nothin else so respond back if you got anything to say to it.

O U CANT? That's because it's used in almost every major compound movement. For example, pullups are a great and under appreciated trapezius exercise. So yeah, I'm just gunna lay it to rest with the final comment that the main way to build traps is to go to the gym and do almost anything. Really.

So just FYI dude, uses for traps include lifting any heavy object off the ground, rowing a boat, or carrying anything heavy. Best exercises for traps are the deadlift (picking up a heavy thing), clean and press (putting a heavy thing over your head), and rowing. Ever wanna pick up your woman and carry her into bed? You need traps for that. I'm just gunna give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you don't workout or are trolling, but seriously dude... just wow. :)

I don't think anyone would dare say that the crossfit guys are weak or overdeveloped, and all of them have extremely strong traps; Why? Because they deadlift, and do olympic lifts, and compound movements, all of which build the trapezius. Check the Gym Jones vids. Those guys are all traps, skinny, and beastly.
