Hi I would like to get an opinion from any exeperienced fellow. I am Polish and I'll arrive to the USA to work by holidays far from any gym. I wish I could stay fit and in a good shape. Do you think I can cope with it, doing this type of workout with pull ups and push ups ?
GuitarDannyC Says:
Is this a daily routine?

Been following this simple program for about 3 weeks and I definitively built some muscles. Didn't have much to start with but it got me going and Im happy I tried it! I'll continue for sure! Cant do the concentration curl so I use some weights on that one. Or you can just use some bags with heavy stuff in them. Works just as well.

"couple minutes of cardio or running in place"... running in place IS cardio...weightless concentration curl?? LMAO... apart from that, this is an okay workout

Nice video. The exercise would certainly help you build muscles but it also needs an effcient diet to complete with it. I do know a link of a site that gives information and workout plans that you could use in helping you gain lean muscles and achieve the looks you ever wanted. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can check it on my profile.
