the whey makes me a bit puffy also. i agree cause i took it for about 10 years now. i only eat it if im in a rush or right after a workout cause i want to jump in the shower so i can do what i gotta do instead of cook. sometimes i take it with plain yogurt for breakfast. make a cup of chocolate or vanilla protien yogurt its pretty good but again thats cause i gotta go to work and dont have time.

fact is , some people , like me use protein shakes to get protein in them. its easy to do and fast , not everyone has time to cook a chicken breast after workout. at the end of the day only fools think protein shakes are the answer to big muscles and sucks to be them getting no gains

I'm pretty sure none of that has to do with that protein. Probably just the fact that you're not washing after work outs. Also, you would gotten harder muscles without protein. As for your gains, they will come in time. Focus on strength gains. If you focus on muscle gains, you'll quit REAL quick, because you'll lose motivation.

I have noticed how since I have started using "Maximuscle protein" I have had so many spots on my face and little rashes on my elbows. It sucks but my muscles feel a lot harder than they did before I started training, it's been 5 weeks and i'm barely gaining muscle size. It sucks.
