Thats because of a caffeine overdose, that's got almost 400mg of caffeine in it and if you have very low caffeine tolerance at the time, you will feel shaky, like your hearts pounding but your anxious and tired. Breathing heavy, I wouldn't take it personally. A cup of coffee or two is just fine for most.

I used to take N.O. Xplode and a couple of times I was a little late to go to the gym after taking it. I felt like I was going to die.. Nauseous and dizzy, this feeling subsided after 15-20 minutes of workout. I try to avoid it now. I'll try jack3d and see how it goes.
