I usually eat the same daily. These days oatmeal, chicken, Brussels sprouts, squash, lentils, yogurt, cheese, whole grain bread, turkey and brown rice and fruit( usually banana). Nothing fried. No sugar, no alcohol. That is the basics of what I eat. Vic

Remember, when I film a video, I am training for hours. I just grab anything that would provide enough tension for a demonstration. It is a challenge to say what percentage, perhaps 50% on some exercises, a lesser percentage on others. Peace, Vic
