Hello! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many great things about it and my cousin lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

I am eager to find out more info on weight loss plans - I've been making use of some DietOramy meal plan program (identified it on Google) for lots of time now and I'm definitely shedding fat and am ecstatic of it!

I tried a bunch of of the details discussed here, however I have to point out that absolutely nothing even compares to DietOramy diet programs plan regarding well being and weight loss - browse google, there is a great deal of no cost information...

@Brian75M I stopped flat bench lifting due to a series of injuries starting with a grade 2 pec tear and culminating with multiple strains of the same pec. Its not worth it to me to be out for 4 or 5 weeks so I can reap minimal benefits that flat bench would give over decline, which is a much safer lift and in some ways superior to the flat bench. It is definitely more physiologically friendly to the body. Weighted Dips and DL's more than make up for not flat benching.
Brian75M Says:
@jr7rockets Im a former marine make she your as lean as you can get or else life will su*k for you...You have to start running, wake up every morning and go for a 3 mile run, get your diet down, eat lots of vegies, lean meats, complex carbs (brown rice, whole grains) simple carbs only before workout...P90x is for girls and the navy, start weight training or crossfit those 2 will get your pull ups over 20 do alot of back workouts!
Brian75M Says:
@mnasty75...so at your stats you will gain muscle as long as you go to the gym and why did you give you decline stats, decline is a bogus lift it just makes you feel stronger, tell people you flat bench lift
Brian75M Says:
@mnasty75 Thats great man keep up the hard work, You dont have to believe me i dont really care but in the long run fasting with do some damage, there is food on earth for a reason, you say that fears of loosing muscle are unfounded really??? look at Elliot a couple years ago and now he lost muscle no argruement about it, I had same stats as you when I was a freshman in high school I had no diet what so ever and I gained muscle and lost inches...
mnasty75 Says:
@Brian75M A little detail about myself: I am 5' 8" tall, weigh 208 lbs, and have 15-16% BF. Latest measurements are 50" chest(thank you weighted wide grip pullups), 17" arms, 35" waist, 29.5" thighs and 18" calves. I have dropped from 215 lbs with no loss of size or strength while fasting and have actually gained strength in a lot of lifts. I rep 285x8 decline, 405x6 Deadlift, and 475x4 squats, so there is no lack of strength or muscle from the fasting I have done.
mnasty75 Says:
@Brian75M I have been doing some form of fasting for 3 or 4 months and it most certainly is not "bad" for you. It improves almost every function of the body and especially body composition. I also have gained quite a bit of muscle while doing it, so fears of losing muscle are completely unfounded and are not supported by any study that has ever been conducted on intermittent fasting. My body type is almost a dead ringer for Elliot's, so I am excited to give this new diet a try...
MindOverEverything Says:
Just be careful about long-term metabolic damage from a diet with such extremes of carb depletion and deprivation. Yes, short term may be fine, but when the adrenals get over-taxed from the combination of low carbs, fasting and training, the wheels can fall off very fast. I know from personal experience. I'm now doing a long-term metabolic recovery diet that is high in everything. Bodyfat isn't as low as I'd like, but adrenal function is strong, cortisol under control and training is good
daloATF Says:
All I was thinking was Ultimate Diet 2.0 by Lyle McDonald :)
MrMintaka1980 Says:
Over dependency on meat and dairy in that diet with too much irregularity from day to day. simple veg fruit poultry diet with sustained max interval cardio training every day is all that is needed. No need to fast.
