It is really hard to say if it is ok or not. Only when you see someone can you tell. I would stand infront of the mirror and if you like what you see then perfect. If not then make some changes and never worry what someone else thinks. It is not their body it is yours and make it how you feel best. Baz

If i'm overweight, do i need to drink protein shake?
BazBlog Says:
- I buy from a company called Holland and Barrett. They have deals like buy one and get one half price or buy one and get one for 1 penny. I buy cheap. I check the ingredients and if the protein content is right with some good amino acids etc then that is what I buy. The brand names are often very expensive and have very little extra then the cheap products. I do not buy on brand but on price. I use soya protein as I cannot have dairy. Baz
remuscsu Says:
Hey Baz, what kind of protein supplements do u recommend (maybe some brands too if u know). Only the expensive one`s work? cuz there are cheap and expensive supplements with pretty much the same ingredients and idk what to buy. What protein do you use?
BazBlog Says:
- pleasure my friend and good luck with your training. Baz

- I think York is a good make but then most of the brands these days have some good equipment. Depends on where you live and what you have available. Baz

Hi Baz I'm looking for an exercise bike. Would you mind running a few good brands past me (if you know of any)? Thanks
BazBlog Says:
- yes I certainly would take it but in moderation. Do not overdo anything. Baz
MrEddiecochran Says:
Would you recommend creatine and whey? im 17 and weight 135 pounds
BazBlog Says:
- I would start and learn as you go. You have the basics and you will have to make adjustments to suit you. We are all different so it does involve some trial and error. Good luck with it and I hope your dad does join you in the training. Baz
Brady2k10 Says:
anyway, thanks for the vids, please keep them coming, im learning alot from you and once i know everything i need to know, im gonna start training, did you say you have 3 protein drinks instead of 3 meals a day so you count 3 protein drinks as 3 meals? and then you have another 3 meals like tuna, pasta etc and you add an egg to it to make sure you get the right amount of protein, do you get carbs out of a shake though? or do you just eat something with it like some brown rice
Brady2k10 Says:
cheers baz, ive decided if my dad cant get into shape im going to and hopefully it will encourage him as well and ill be using your vids to help, ive already learnt about nutrition from your vid, about good proteins like tuna, cottage cheese low fat of course and carbs brown rice, oats in the morning with some scrambled egg on toast lol without the yellow of course, ive also got some whey protein which i blend into a milkshake, quite nice matrix whey protein it is
BazBlog Says:
