i like this video and i salute u dude for a great physique but the problem is that most bodybuilders diets are unrealistic for some of us. as a young men working his way up slowly i cant afford to do this,6 or 7 eggs is a lot of money and to make it worse the egg york is thrown away, i just wish someone would have a channel and show us bodybuilding meals that are nutritious enough and affordable.
